I'm Louise — an AI trainer with twenty years of back-office administration behind me. I know exactly where the hours go in an office: inboxes, minutes, chasing, filing, reports. My workshops teach the basics of AI in plain English, using the real tasks your team does every day. Nobody leaves confused, and everybody leaves with something they can use straight away.

None at all. The workshops assume nothing beyond everyday computer use — email and a web browser. Sessions are designed for administrators, office managers and anyone whose job involves words, numbers and inboxes.
For the hands-on sessions, a laptop each. That's it — the tools used are free and need no installation. Anything else needed is covered in the 15-minute call beforehand.
The one-hour session works from 15 people upwards and scales to large groups. The three-hour workshop is priced for up to 15 so everyone gets hands-on help during the exercises — larger teams can be split across sessions.
